dunno what else to call this, but it's for the project "a new start".

As said, there are several things i'll want to really change here. even though i primarily needed this tool for saving all my texts and media before wiping the server, i wanna continue. for one, it was a nice exercise before (well, um, mainly, but i learned a bit, and i learned a lot more since then xd).

#13 is valid as long as the config exists, but like the project page says, the config has to either go or change, and not expose passwords.
- Either keep using config or switch to dotenvy entirely.

i wanted to close this cus of the new "stage" issues that i split progress into, buuuuuuuuuuuut the dependent issues might be a reminder for the documentation/note thing i wanted to add.
